Job summary

CCMSI is seeking an experienced claims professional to manage a remote, multi-account desk handling New York Workers’ Compensation claims in the northeast region. You will work with an established, employee-owned team on structured days with no travel.

You’ll set reserves, review payments and settlements, and prepare reports on claim status and reserves. NY WC law knowledge and 5+ years of adjuster experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience adjusting New York Workers’ Compensation claims.
• In-depth knowledge of New York Workers’ Compensation law.

• Review and process payments, settlements, and medical/legal bills.
• Prepare timely reports on claim status, reserves, and payments.
