Qualifications

3+ years of experience in workers compensation law.

Responsibilities
Attend hearings, depositions, and appeals.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
Advise clients on their rights and obligations.
Negotiate settlements with opposing parties.
Maintain case files and documentation.
