A leading Workers’ Compensation defense law firm seeks Senior and Associate Attorneys for remote positions. Candidates must possess at least 4 years of experience in workers' compensation law, a California Bar license, and a strong advocacy and negotiation background. Our client, aWorkers’ Compensation defense law firm, is currently in search of Senior and Associate Attorneys with a minimum of 4 years of experience in workers' comp -- either plaintiff or defense side for a remote position. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Residency in California and possession of a CA Bar license are required.
Attorneys manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. The attorneys work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.
