Workers Compensation Attorney

Location: Remote

I am working with a highly regarded and well-established law firm with offices throughout the state. This firm is known for delivering top-notch litigation services. We are currently seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney. If you're ready to join a dynamic legal team, this is the opportunity for you. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation Defense.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation law (preferred).
• Trial experience is highly desirable.
• Must be licensed to practice law in California.
• Experience representing clients before the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of California is a plus.

Duties:

• Provide legal representation and counsel to clients in Workers' Compensation cases.
• Employ an aggressive approach to defending claims, promptly evaluating case merit.
• Represent clients' interests effectively and work to expedite file closures.
• Handle suspected fraudulent or exaggerated cases with a firm and resolute defense.
• Develop tailored defense strategies for individual cases, anticipating and analyzing events to provide sound advice.
• Scrutinize facts and evidence to reduce unnecessary medical overhead and minimize lost time for clients.
