We are thrilled to partner with a top-tier California-based law firm, to help grow their exceptional legal team. This is a premier law firm dedicated to providing exceptional litigation defense services in the Workers’ Compensation space.

Are you a California-barred attorney with 2+ years of workers’ compensation experience? Ready to join a remote-first, people-centric firm that’s redefining the legal workplace? This could be the role for you.

Location: 90% Remote (Must reside in CA; occasional travel to one of 10 office locations)

Salary Range:

• Associate (2–5 yrs): $140K – $175K
• Senior (5–10 yrs): Up to $200K
• Partner (10+ yrs): $210K+

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full caseloads from intake to resolution
• Handle hearings, depositions, and settlements
• Draft legal documents and pleadings
• Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders
• Provide legal mentorship and collaborate across teams
• Stay up-to-date with CA workers’ compensation law
• Must reside in California
• Strong litigation, case management, and communication skills
• Tech-savvy and self-motivated in a remote work environment
