The Role:

Manage your own caseload from day one:

• Handle depositions, discovery, hearings, and settlements

• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and supportive leadership

• Access real training, mentorship, and upward mobility

• Hybrid flexibility (in-office for new attorneys, remote/hybrid for experienced hires)

What They're Looking For:

• 1+ years workers’ comp defense experience

• Strong litigation, communication, and case management skills

• Passion to grow with the firm long-term

• $105K- 250k depending on experience

• Bonus kicks in after 225 hours/month

o $750/month for 225–249 hours

o $1,500/month for 250–274 hours

o $30/hour for 275+ hours

• Hybrid model tailored by experience

• Monthly $750 car allowance + gas card

• 100% covered health, vision & dental insurance
