Position Overview

Join a firm with over 100 years of success in California's workers’ compensation defense law. The firm is growing rapidly and seeks ambitious Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorneys to meet increasing demand.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload from day one, including depositions, discovery, hearings, and settlements
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and supportive leadership
• Access comprehensive training, mentorship, and upward mobility
• Enjoy hybrid work flexibility (in-office for new attorneys, remote/hybrid for experienced hires)

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of workers’ compensation defense experience
• Strong litigation, communication, and case management skills
• Long-term commitment to growth with the firm

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $105K–$250K depending on experience
• Bonus structure: $750/month for 225–249 hours, $1,500/month for 250–274 hours, $30/hour for 275+ hours
• Hybrid work model tailored by experience
• Monthly $750 car allowance + gas card
