TheBest Claims is seeking a seasoned Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to manage claims across Midwest jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience with Lost Time claims and hold licenses for Oklahoma and Iowa, handling complex litigation and settlement considerations.

Responsibilities include end-to-end claim handling in Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma, with emphasis on heavy litigation and serious injury cases, MSAs, and settlements where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling worker's compensation claims from inception to close.
• Experience handling claims in Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.
• Must have Oklahoma and Iowa licenses.
• Experience in heavy litigation, serious injury cases, settlements, MSAs.
