Jonus Group is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to manage claims from initial report through resolution in a hybrid work environment. The position supports experienced or senior adjuster levels based on qualifications, with a competitive base salary of $75,000 to $95,000 and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Previous experience handling Workers’ Compensation claims.
• Strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation claims practices and processes.
• Experience handling lost-time, litigated, or complex Workers’ Compensation claims is highly valued.
• Ability to independently manage a claims caseload and prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant Workers’ Compensation jurisdictional experience is a plus.
• Applicable claims adjuster licensing and professional designations are preferred.

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to manage claims from initial report through resolution. This position is ideal for a claims professional with strong Workers’ Compensation experience who can independently evaluate exposures, develop claim strategies, and provide effective communication throughout the claims process.

Candidates may be considered at either the experienced or senior adjuster level based on background and qualifications. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement.
