Responsibilities

The Workers Compensation Account Executive will utilize a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation, and advocacy to meet an individual's and family's comprehensive health needs. This includes communication and available resources to promote quality and cost-effective outcomes. The role involves proactively initiating new client partnerships and cultivating durable relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining collaborative relationships with key referral sources within PAM Health's referring entities.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
• Experience: At least two years of clinical experience in acute care (e.g., nursing, respiratory, therapy) is preferred. Additionally, two years of proven successful sales/marketing experience is preferred.
