The ideal candidate will handle client intakes, file compensation forms, coordinate independent examinations, prepare exhibits for hearings, and keep clients updated on case status.

Qualifications

Experience with workers' compensation claims and processes.
Ability to handle client intakes and communicate updates clearly.
Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude.
Motivated, organized, and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks.
Proactive problem solving and self-starting work ethic.

Responsibilities

Assist with workers' compensation client intakes and filings.
Prepare and file workers' compensation claim forms and exhibits.
Coordinate independent medical examinations and related schedules.
File issues and appeals as needed; provide client status updates.
Support claimants and plaintiffs through the process.
