CyberCoders is seeking a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney for our Buffalo, NY office. The role focuses on defending workers' compensation claims with opportunity for growth and mentorship in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate is admitted to NY practice (or recently admitted), highly organized, and excels at client service. Hybrid/remote options are available after training, with competitive compensation and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Admission to practice law in New York.
• 2+ years of legal experience preferred; exceptional newly admitted attorneys encouraged to apply.
• Workers' compensation experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Westlaw, and other legal technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage New York workers' compensation claims from referral through resolution.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and other proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and analyze medical records.
• Draft motions, legal memoranda, appeals, and case evaluations.

A growing and progressive workers' compensation defense firm is seeking both experienced associates and newly admitted attorneys to join its Buffalo, NY office.

The ideal candidate is admitted to practice in New York (or recently admitted), highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to provide exceptional client service. The firm is looking for attorneys who can effectively manage multiple priorities, communicate confidently with clients, analyze legal and medical documents, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
