Job summary

biBerk seeks a Claims Compliance Analyst to oversee regulatory compliance across the Workers’ Compensation line. The role requires proactive management of multiple projects and direct interaction with state regulators to ensure timely, accurate filings and adherence to statutes.

The ideal candidate has a strong WC knowledge foundation, a Bachelor’s degree, and 4+ years of commercial claims experience, with excellent analytical and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of workers’ compensation regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience assessing processes to identify risk and implement resolutions.
• Ability to interact with staff levels and state regulators.
• Capable of independent and collaborative work with tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• 4+ years of commercial insurance claims experience with workers’ comp.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce compliance with workers’ comp statutes and internal procedures.
• Review and analyze claim filings for timely, accurate submissions.
• Identify non-compliance issues and initiate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IT/vendor teams to support compliance systems.
• Provide input on system requirements for WC claims platforms.
• Support audit and compliance education initiatives.
• Stay current with changes in workers’ comp laws.
