Job summary

DM Injury Law, LLC is seeking a Case Manager to support attorneys in managing workers’ compensation claims from intake through resolution. You will help keep cases moving forward by organizing files, gathering and reviewing medical and employment records, and communicating with clients and insurance adjusters.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing strong client support, collaborating closely with attorneys and clients throughout the claims

Qualifications

• Strong administrative, medical, insurance, or legal support backgrounds are encouraged.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• HIPAA familiarity and confidentiality are important.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of workers’ compensation claims from intake through resolution.
• Gather and review medical records, wage information, and employment documents.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files in the firm’s system.
• Serve as a main point of contact for clients, providing updates and support.
• Communicate with medical providers and insurance adjusters.
• Track case progress and manage deadlines.
• Draft routine correspondence and case documents.
• Assist attorneys with hearings, mediations, and settlements.
