Manage Workers' Compensation claims from intake through resolution, deliver high-impact legal analysis, draft and manage essential filings, and build strong relationships with employers, insurers, and third-party administrators.

Qualifications

• Manage Workers' Compensation claims from intake to resolution.
• Analyze medical records, employment information, statutory requirements, and case law to guide strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, settlement agreements, and hearing submissions with precision.

• Handle a diverse caseload from intake through resolution.
• Provide high-impact legal analysis and case strategy to develop proactive defense and litigation.
