• Manage Workers' Compensation Claims from intake through resolution.
• Deliver high-impact legal analysis and case strategy.
• Draft and manage pleadings, motions, discovery responses, settlement agreements, and hearing submissions.
• Drive client relationships with employers, insurers, and third-party administrators.
