Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent client communication and service skills.
• Workers’ compensation experience preferred (as little as 6 months welcomed).

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of workers’ compensation matters.
• Handle hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Draft and file legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery, etc.).
• Guide clients through the legal process with strong communication.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses, including report preparation.
• Prepare for and attend litigation proceedings.
