Qualifications

• Active license to practice in Missouri (or ability to waive in).
• 2+ years of workers’ compensation and/or relevant litigation experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle a full caseload of workers’ compensation claims
• Conduct case evaluations, client consultations, and strategy development
• Manage litigation proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Collaborate with support staff and senior attorneys to drive case outcomes
• Maintain strong client communication throughout the lifecycle of each matter
