Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney in Valdosta, GA to handle client cases with a focus on workers compensation, ensuring thorough investigation and ongoing communication.

You will open new files, investigate cases, verify insurance coverage, manage medical care scheduling, and monitor case status while maintaining confidentiality and providing excellent client service. A JD from an accredited university and GA Bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of workers' compensation experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client and vendor relations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Maintain confidentiality and work on phones for extended periods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Consistent attendance and reliability.
• Basic knowledge of medical and insurance terminology is a plus.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open new files and establish initial client contact.
