The position provides expert consultation, coordination, interpretation, communication, application, evaluation, and problem resolution related to workers’ compensation policies, procedures, and associated leave options.The Workers’ Compensation Administrator reviews and processes workers’ compensation actions within the Integrated HR and Payroll System (IHRPS) and Workday platforms. This position is responsible for ensuring the consistent and accurate application of workers’ compensation policies and procedures within assigned program areas. The Administrator works closely with agency leadership, Human Resources, employees, management, the third-party administrator (TPA), and assigned agency and outside legal counsel to effectively manage workers’ compensation claims and related matters.
