Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) in Orlando is seeking a Workday Senior Associate to deliver advisory and implementation services within the Technology Transformation Practice. You will work with clients to address business needs across their organizations, leveraging resources and support to excel.

From day one you’ll be empowered by the Transformation team to lead full life cycle Workday projects, document requirements, design solutions, train end users, and provide post-production support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consulting experience servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
• Experience with a full life cycle implementation of Workday or similar applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document requirements and designs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing
• Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption
• Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment
• Provide post-production support
• Assist with full life cycle implementations
• Assist teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization)

Skills

2+ years consulting experience

Excellent verbal and written

Ability to travel up to 40%

Knowledge of SDLC

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, SCM, Workday Technology, MIS or related field
