Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) is seeking a Workday Manager to lead advisory and implementation services across client organizations within the Technology Transformation Practice.

You will collaborate with a national team to design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions, while developing training materials and guiding end users toward successful adoption. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in a consulting practice or national client service.
• Minimum of 4 full life cycle Workday implementations.
• Experience with Workday modules and integration capabilities.
• Professional certification related to Workday or field is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides for user adoption.
• Conduct training classes for end users and provide post-production support.
• Participate in pre-sales activities as needed and meet billing targets.
