Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) is seeking a Workday Manager to deliver advisory and implementation services within the Technology Transformation Practice. You will be empowered from day one by a strong team to help clients achieve their vision and your own career objectives.

Your day-to-day includes leading full life cycle Workday implementations, documenting requirements, designing processes, configuring systems, building training materials, and delivering end-user trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, HR, information technology, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of related work experience in a consulting practice servicing cross-industry clients at national level.
• Minimum of 4 full life cycle Workday implementations.
• Knowledge of Workday modules and architecture.
• Industry certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity.
• Experience installing/configuring Workday applications.
• Ability to deliver complex, time-sensitive projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle Workday implementations (planning, design and build phases).
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides for user adoption.
• Conduct training classes for end users.
• Provide post-production support.
• Participate in pre-sales activities as needed.
• Aim to meet or exceed targeted billing hours.
