Job summary
Kforce in Tarrytown, NY is seeking a Workday Functional Product Manager to guide a large ERP transformation. You will assess Workday impact across HCM, reporting, security, and dashboards and design solutions that meet evolving business needs.
Collaborate with implementation teams and stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle, leveraging strong Workday expertise and communication skills to deliver value.
Qualifications
- Strong functional expertise in Workday HCM, Reporting, Security, and Dashboards.
- Understanding of Workday architecture and foundational data structures.
- Experience conducting impact analysis and solution design.
- Knowledge of Recruiting, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Workday impact assessments related to ERP transformation efforts.
- Analyze changes to foundational data, security models, and organizational structures.
- Evaluate impacts across Workday HCM, Reporting, Security, and Dashboards.
- Design and recommend Workday solutions to support evolving business needs.
- Partner with implementation teams and key stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle.
