Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Director-level leader to drive Workday transformations and executive client relationships across industries. The role combines program leadership, strategic advisory, and delivery governance to achieve client outcomes and enable enterprise modernization.

You will mentor senior teams, manage scope and budget, and advance Huron’s Workday practice through collaboration with executives and clients. This position requires travel and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years of consulting or enterprise technology leadership.
• 10+ years leading complex enterprise implementations.
• Prior Workday implementation experience.
• Experience serving commercial organizations across industries.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the program executive and trusted advisor for Commercial Workday engagements across industries.
• Lead the Delivery Leader function for large Workday transformation programs.
• Provide strategic guidance on business transformation, operational excellence, and modernization initiatives.
• Coach and develop Engagement Leaders and Project Managers within the Workday practice.
