Job description

At Opkey, we empower enterprises to unlock the full potential of their ERP investments with cutting‑edge, agentic AI‑powered automation. Our intelligent platform delivers continuous assurance across the entire ERP lifecycle — from initial deployment to day‑to‑day operations and long‑term digital transformation.

By eliminating manual errors, accelerating testing cycles, and ensuring seamless adoption of critical updates, Opkey helps organizations modernize with confidence and agility. Trusted by 250+ global enterprises, we reduce risk, drive efficiency, cut costs, and fast‑track innovation; so businesses can focus on what they do best: growing and evolving in a dynamic digital world.

The Opportunity

This is a high‑impact role at the intersection of enterprise software implementation, instructional design, and partner enablement. Opkey is seeking an experienced Workday Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that enable SI partners, configurators, test analysts, and project managers to fully leverage Opkey's Workday automation capabilities.

The right candidate brings deep Workday functional knowledge, hands‑on implementation experience, and the ability to translate complex platform capabilities into practical, role‑based learning that sticks. You will be a key contributor to Opkey's partner success motion and a visible expert in how Opkey and Workday work together.

Must‑Have Qualifications
  • Workday Pro certification in one or more modules (required).
  • 2 to 3 years of hands‑on Workday implementation experience at a Workday‑certified partner organization.
  • Deep functional knowledge of at least two Workday modules: HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Financials, Learning, or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills — able to simplify complex technical concepts for technical, functional, and executive audiences alike.
  • Proficiency with virtual training delivery platforms including Zoom, MS Teams, and LMS tools such as Docebo, Cornerstone, or equivalent.
  • Available to work full‑time on a US schedule (EST, CST, or PST).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with test automation tools, quality assurance processes, or ERP regression testing frameworks — Opkey experience a strong plus.
  • Prior experience in a training, consulting, implementation, or L&D role within a SaaS, ERP, or professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM.
  • Familiarity with partner implementation methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Hands‑on experience with automated testing concepts and how they apply within Workday deployment cycles.
What You Will Do
Training Design & Delivery
  • Design and deliver instructor‑led and self‑paced training programs covering Opkey's Workday automation capabilities, including test creation, execution, and defect management workflows.
  • Develop role‑based learning paths for Workday configurators, test analysts, project managers, and SI partner delivery teams.
  • Facilitate live virtual training sessions aligned to US business hours, ensuring sessions are interactive, hands‑on, and immediately applicable.
  • Build lab environments, scenario‑based exercises, and assessments that mirror real Workday implementation contexts.
  • Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and iterate on content and delivery based on participant feedback and business outcomes.
Content Development & Enablement
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive Workday‑specific training library including user guides, quick reference cards, process flows, and video walkthroughs.
  • Translate Workday HCM, Financials, and Payroll module knowledge into Opkey automation use cases and best practices documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to keep all training materials current with Opkey platform releases and Workday's biannual update cycle.
  • Contribute to the Opkey Partner Success Program by developing Workday‑specific onboarding tracks for SI partners.
  • Maintain a content calendar that ensures training assets stay ahead of product and platform changes.
Why Join Opkey
  • Category‑defining platform at the intersection of ERP automation and agentic AI.
  • High‑visibility role working directly with Opkey's SI partner ecosystem and Product team.
  • Series B company with strong product‑market fit and 250+ enterprise customers.
  • Remote flexibility with a collaborative, fast‑moving team culture.
  • Real growth opportunity as Opkey's partner enablement function scales.
