Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of enterprise applications experience with at least 3+ years in Workday.
• Strong Workday functional knowledge across modules (HCM, Financials, Talent Management, Recruiting).
• Experience with Workday integrations (web services, APIs).
• Ability to learn Azure, data visualization and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Workday projects from planning through execution.
• Develop and implement Workday upgrades, enhancements and new modules.
• Configure, test and deploy updates across Workday modules (HCM, Financials, Talent, Recruiting).
• Support Workday rollout within various business units.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into Workday solutions.
