Qualifications
At least two successful Workday implementations for enterprise customers.
Specific experience in Workday modules such as HCM, Benefits, and Compensation.
Hands-on experience with Workday integrations using EIBs and Core Connectors.
Strong understanding of Workday's business object model and security framework.
Responsibilities
Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into Workday configurations.
Design and manage integrations between Workday and third-party systems.
Develop and maintain reports using Workday's report writer.
Facilitate data conversion from legacy systems to Workday.
Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing.
Maintain documentation and conduct training sessions.
Provide post-production support and troubleshoot technical issues.
Liaise between client teams and third-party vendors.
Advise on Workday best practices for compliance and efficiency.
