Job summary

Stream Realty Partners seeks a Technical Architect — Workday to shape the technical strategy across Integrations, Prism Analytics, and Reporting. You will guide design, governance, and delivery of Workday solutions, partnering with leadership to align technical capabilities with enterprise objectives.

The role requires 7+ years of Workday experience, hands-on design of EIB/Core Connectors/Studio, and leadership of cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience with Workday technical capabilities.
Experience with Workday Extend, Integrations (EIB/Core Connectors/Studio), Prism Analytics, and reporting.
Proficiency with WWS, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration design patterns.
Familiarity with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
Strong communication and leadership skills in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the roadmap and strategy for Workday technical capabilities including Integrations, Prism Analytics, and Reporting.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of Workday technical solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Guide internal and third-party developers on design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
Establish governance structures across integrations, data, and reporting to support decision-making.
Act as primary escalation point for technical issues across integrations, Prism, and reporting.
