RSM US LLP is seeking a Talent Technology Experienced Professional to collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to enhance Workday Recruiting and related recruiting technologies across the firm. The Talent Technology Experienced Professional collaborates with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to develop and implement requirements on projects designed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of tools and processes related to talent acquisition and recruiting operations within the firm. The role uses deep knowledge of the talent technology ecosystem, including Workday Recruiting, to research, develop and/or recommend robust solutions that enable the organization to achieve its hiring objectives. The role works with the Talent Technology team on the development and support of recruiting-related solutions, processes, and integrations, and trains and supports team members on new and established processes.
Team Aligned Flexiblity - The baseline expectation that employees and owners may perform work from home, an office, a client site, or other relevant business locations, with in-person attendance required when business needs, collaboration, client service, development, or travel warrant it. Working from home frequently or primarily does not change this expectation. For this position, the location is open to any of our US based markets.

At RSM, an employee's pay reflects experience, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents multiple factors including education, skills, work experience, and location. Pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $81,900 - $139,700
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
