Job summary

The Christman Company is seeking a Workday Functional Analyst to configure and optimize the Workday platform across HR, Finance, Payroll, and Benefits. You’ll translate business requirements into scalable configurations and integrations, partnering with SMEs and stakeholders to drive successful deployments.

You will work closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT to maintain data quality, develop reports, and support system lifecycles from design through deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 3–5 years as a Workday Functional Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR, Finance and Payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Financials) per business requirements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into scalable configurations, data structures, and workflows.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and maintain system documentation.
• Support integration design and testing across the Workday lifecycle.
