Job summary

RAYVEN IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, implementation, enhancement and support of Workday HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical expertise across Workday modules and work with stakeholders to drive HR transformation initiatives.

The role requires strong knowledge of Workday Reporting, Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio), and experience in Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of experience in HRIS, ERP, or enterprise application consulting.
• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday implementations and support.
• Strong knowledge of Workday modules: HCM, Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Learning, Absence Management, Payroll & Time Tracking.
• Experience configuring Workday Business Processes and Security Framework.
• Strong experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, composite reports, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive HR transformation initiatives.
