Job summary

Texas State Technical College (TSTC) seeks a dedicated Workday Student specialist to support and enhance our Workday system, improving enrollment experiences and operational efficiency. You will ensure data integrity, assist with configuration, and help end users.

As part of Enrollment Support, you will troubleshoot issues, create basic reports and dashboards, and contribute to process improvements while upholding our core values of Excellence, Accountability, Service and Integrity.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Enrollment technology support, preferably in Workday.
• Familiarity with Workday modules and business process configuration.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort learning reporting tools.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the configuration and maintenance of Workday Student modules such as Admissions, Records, Financial Aid, Advising. Assist in testing system changes and implementing updates or enhancements. Maintain business processes and configuration documentation.
• Create and run basic to intermediate Workday Student reports and dashboards for internal use. Assist in data analysis for Enrollment metrics and ad-hoc requests.
• Respond to and resolve routine Workday Student system issues and service requests. Escalate more complex issues as needed. Provide general support to Enrollment team members and end users on Workday Student functionality.
• Help develop user guides and training materials to support Workday Student adoption. Provide basic training to new Workday Student users.
• Work with Enrollment stakeholders to understand process needs and assist with system configuration to support those needs.
