UST is looking for a Workday Senior Certified HCM Consultant – Lead II for remote work in California. This role involves architecting, configuring, and testing the Workday HCM solution tailored to client needs. You'll lead a deployment team and mentor new consultants while resolving tasks.

UST is searching for a Workday HCM Senior Consultant who will ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring, and testing the Workday HCM solution to meet the specific needs of the client.
Location: Remote‑US
Compensation Range: $74,000–$111,000
Full‑time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave each year, 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. Eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short‑ and long‑term disability benefits. Additional voluntary short‑term disability benefits and participation in a Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) are available. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
Part‑time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave per year (pro‑rated for new hires) and are eligible for the 401(k) plan with employer matching. Full‑time temporary employees receive the same benefits as full‑time employees beyond sick leave. Part‑time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave per year (pro‑rated). All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified will receive the benefit of those laws.
