Sightline is seeking a Sightline Security Team Sr. Software Engineer to lead security management within our Workday environment. The role requires extensive knowledge of ERP security configuration and data protection, mentoring junior staff, collaborating across departments, and contributing to strategic security initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Security Leadership: Manage Workday security settings, roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Risk Management: Conduct security assessments and audits, recommend improvements.
• Incident Response: Lead investigations and coordinate risk mitigation.
• Mentorship: Guide junior team members and promote security awareness.
• Training: Support security training for employees.
• Collaboration: Work with various teams and compliance units on security settings.

Systems and Projects:

• Focus on Workday applications supporting HR, finance, and other key functions.

Environment:

• Support a complex environment with over 70 servers and 60,000+ users.
• Integrate with over 450 internal and external systems.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Deep understanding of Workday or similar HR/Financial systems security architecture.
• Knowledge of security best practices, audits, and incident response.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and six years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with full software development lifecycle.
• Workday Security certification.

Salary range: $37.14 - $65.01/hour, with compensation based on experience and scope.
