Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Security Analyst to support the implementation and stabilization of Workday HCM/Payroll across a large, complex, multi-entity, union-based health system. This individual will play a critical role in defining, creating, testing, and deploying Workday security roles and policies that meet the organization's nuanced data privacy and access control requirements.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday security configuration and troubleshooting, particularly in high-complexity environments with strict role-based and entity-based security needs. This role will be responsible for ensuring secure access to Workday data, aligned with organizational policies and compliance standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and deploy Workday security roles, domains, and business process security policies to support a complex, multi-entity organizational structure.
• Develop and maintain role-based and entity-based security models that comply with union regulations, privacy policies, and internal controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday security-related issues in a timely manner during go-live and hyper-care periods.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of security configurations and user access to ensure ongoing compliance and appropriate data access.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Workday experience, with at least 3 years focused specifically on Workday Security.
• Expertise in designing complex security models including domain, role-based, and business process security policies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
