W2 Contract Role: Information Security Analyst Specialist – AI + DLP

Work Authorization: W2 (through sub-vendors, one layer only)

We’re seeking a skilled Information Security Analyst Specialist with strong AI governance and DLP engineering experience to support a major financial client’s GenAI initiatives. This is a full-time onsite role (Monday to Friday) with interviews beginning 06/26 and an expected start shortly thereafter.

• Define guardrails in an AI control platform to support the organization’s GenAI strategy.
• Develop, tune, and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and rules in alignment with enterprise risk standards.
• Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to identify and protect sensitive data use cases.
• Manage DLP tools, rule sets, and integrate into enterprise platforms like Jira and ServiceNow.
• Ensure all development follows documented change control procedures and is supported by strong technical documentation.
• Partner with information security and data teams to align detection and response actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of overall experience, including:
• Strong DLP engineering experience (rule writing, tool integration, and policy development).
• Proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow, and agile documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Time flexibility to make changes during off-peak windows (e.g., 8 PM ET).
• Preferred: Experience in the financial sector.
