Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate to lead client-facing project workstreams and drive data-driven insights. You will oversee project execution, analyze requirements, and deliver compelling client-ready presentations while mentoring Analysts.

Experience with Workday implementations and procurement modules is required. The role involves significant collaboration across teams, frequent data interpretation, and the ability to translate complex findings into actionable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specs, conducting tests and interfacing with business users.
• Must have Workday implementation experience with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Strategic Sourcing, Contracts or CLM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience owning project workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.

Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users MUST have Workday implementation experience with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management Practical or implementation experience in Workday with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Contracts, Strategic Sourcing, or Contract Lifecycle Management is preferred Certification in Workday Financials/Supply Chain or practical experience with the application Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering 1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands‑on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project team Position Level Senior Associate Country United States of America
