Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Manager to lead engagements that drive enterprise software implementations and business transformations. You will analyze requirements, write specs, conduct tests, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with client teams to deliver results that align with strategic goals.

The role includes managing workstreams, shaping technology solutions, and traveling up to 50% to partner with clients and internal teams on high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specs, testing, troubleshooting and interfacing with business users.
• Experience with Workday Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Strategic Sourcing, or Contract Lifecycle Management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, SCM, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users MUST have Workday implementation experience with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management Practical or implementation experience in Workday with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Contracts, Strategic Sourcing, or Contract Lifecycle Management is preferred Certification in Workday Financials/Supply Chain or practical experience with the application Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering 3+ years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project team
