Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Workday Reporting Specialist to design, build, and optimize enterprise‑level Workday reports and dashboards that empower HR decision‑making across the organization. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy, governance, and automation, while advancing the company’s HR analytics maturity.

The role requires deep Workday proficiency, experience with reporting tools, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in Workday Reporting, HR Analytics, or HRIS with increasing responsibility

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize complex Workday reports across Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Finance
• Act as a trusted partner to HRBPs and exec leaders, translating requirements into scalable reporting solutions
• Governance, security, and data accuracy across Workday analytics and dashboards
• Lead automation initiatives and stay current with Workday releases to improve capabilities
• Document reporting logic and provide enablement across technical levels
• Mentor junior team members on reporting best practices and QA processes
