Job summary

Capgemini in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Workday Certified Integration/Reporting Specialist (Contract) to lead design, implementation, and optimization of Workday reporting and analytics solutions. On-site engagement with clients to translate requirements into scalable reports and dashboards.

The role requires 5+ years Workday experience, strong expertise in Reporting, calculated fields and security, plus ability to work with RaaS, EIBs and APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of Workday experience with a strong focus on Reporting and Analytics.
• Experience participating in multiple Workday implementations or optimization projects.
• Strong expertise in Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Security.
• Experience working directly with clients in a consulting environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client HR, Payroll, Finance and IT leaders to understand reporting requirements.
• Design and develop Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending, and Dashboard reports.
• Build complex calculated fields and reporting frameworks.
• Develop Executive Dashboards, KPIs, Scorecards, and Workforce Analytics.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across reporting solutions.
• Support Workday Prism Analytics and Discovery Boards initiatives.
• Lead reporting workstreams during Workday implementation and enhancement projects.
• Mentor junior consultants and reporting analysts.
