Job summary

Peoplevisor LLC seeks Workday Reporting consultants (all levels) with HCM and Financials experience to configure the product to meet client requirements. You will guide delivery on projects, mentor peers, and help win new work, while ensuring profitable outcomes for engagements in the US.

Responsibilities include conducting requirements sessions, developing complex reports, and delivering financial statements such as cash flow and income statements using Workday Reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Workday HCM and/or Financials reporting, with composite/ matrix reports.
• Proficient in calculated fields and reporting design.
• Strong Excel pivot table skills for reporting.
• Experience leading reporting design and requirements gathering.
• Able to mentor peers and share product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and delivery on Workday Reporting projects.
• Lead customer sessions to analyze requirements and propose solutions.
• Mentor and coach other consultants on best practices.
• Support business development activities and proposal development.
• Deliver narratives and financial statements including cash flow, trial balance, and income statements.
