Job summary

Peoplevisor LLC is seeking Workday Financials consultants (All Levels) with HCM and Financials experience to guide and deliver on client engagements. You will architect configurations, manage scope, and coordinate data conversion, testing, and knowledge transfer across projects.

Travel up to 30% is expected; CPA or advanced accounting degree preferred; strong communication and problem-solving skills are required for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Workday Financials Certification required.
• 2+ years implementing Workday's Financial, Procurement and/or Expense Management solutions.
• Experience with Core Financials: FDM, Accounting, Budgets, Planning/Adaptive, Banking and Settlement, Financial Reporting.
• 2+ years of functional financial management expertise with Workday Financials specifically implementing Cash Management/Banking and Business Assets, Spend: Suppliers, Procurement, Assets, Expenses, Inventory, Revenue: Customers, Projects.
• Experience implementing other functionality in procure-to-pay, order-to-cash or record-to-report is a plus.
• At least two end-to-end Workday Financial implementations.
• 2+ years of experience deploying Financial, Procurement, or other related ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Knowledgeable of consulting KPIs, including utilization, forecasting, billable rates and margins, indirect labor and overhead, as well as profit and loss statements.
• CPA and/or advanced Accounting degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
• Experience deploying multiple Financial projects simultaneously.
• Expected travel is +/-30% depending on the project(s).

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in the Workday Financial product suite and determine functional elements based on client requirements.
• Architect lifecycle activities: gather requirements, design, prototype, test, and transfer knowledge to clients.
• Collaborate with data conversion teams to plan secure legacy data migration.
• Assess deployments and strategize for global Workday implementations.
• Design future-ready Workday solutions to optimize HR and Finance functions.
• Lead architecture to ensure cohesive work streams and cross-functional impacts.
• Advise clients on industry standards and best practices for Workday.
• Develop a roadmap for Workday Financials through implementation and post-production.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Suggest new approaches and tools for efficient deployment.
• Provide status reports highlighting risks and adoption improvements.
