Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, CS, statistics, business, finance, HR, or related field.
• 3-5 years in reporting, analytics, BI, data analysis, or enterprise reporting.
• 3-5 years Workday reporting experience incl. advanced reports and Prism Analytics.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, Student reporting preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-ready data practices and governance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and related assets across HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Student.
• Gather requirements, translate business questions into reporting specifications, and support stakeholders.
• Develop a report inventory, naming standards, documentation, and lifecycle management for reporting assets.
• Ensure security, accuracy, and governance of Student reporting and analytics assets.
• Support AI-ready analytics by integrating external data sources where appropriate.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
