Job summary

The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA is seeking a Reporting and Analytics Administrator to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards across HCM, Finance, Payroll, Student, and other enterprise areas.

You will partner with functional stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure data quality, govern reporting assets, and support AI-ready analytics initiatives while leading governance and UAT activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in reporting, analytics, BI, data analysis, or enterprise reporting.
• 3-5 years Workday reporting experience with Prism Analytics preferred.
• Experience developing Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, data sources, prompts, and report security-aware solutions.
• Experience with Prism Analytics, data modeling, data transformation, and data quality.
• Familiarity with AI-ready data practices and governance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards across modules.
• Lead reporting requests by gathering requirements and translating needs into specs.
• Develop and maintain a report inventory and lifecycle management process.
• Ensure secure, accurate, documented, and supported Student reporting in Workday.
• Develop Workday Prism Analytics assets and data pipelines.
• Lead UAT, testing, issue triage, and stakeholder sign-off for reporting projects.
