Job summary

ATC is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support an HR systems transformation as the organization migrates from PeopleSoft to Workday. The role partners with HR stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, including Accenture, to ensure Workday reporting and analytics are ready for deployment and hypercare.

The ideal candidate builds Workday reports, handles large datasets, validates data accuracy, and leverages Workday Prism Analytics.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Workday reports and dashboards.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and performing data reconciliation.
• Knowledge of HR data concepts, reporting, and data quality practices.
• Experience supporting system implementations, migrations, testing, deployment, or hypercare.
• Strong SQL, Excel, or comparable data analysis skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with HR, IT, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support HR and business requirements.
• Partner with HR, IT, and Accenture teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Support PeopleSoft-to-Workday data validation, reconciliation, and reporting readiness activities.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify data mismatches, inconsistencies, and reporting issues.
• Perform data quality checks and investigate discrepancies across HR data.
• Support report testing, validation, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Prepare reporting documentation, data validation results, issue logs, and status updates.
• Assist with Workday deployment readiness and provide reporting and analytics support during hypercare.
