Hybrid Work: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Responsibilities include:

• Build out test cases and create testing packs
• Perform hands-on testing in Workday or other HRIS systems within recruiting workflows
• Document testing processes and results
• Utilize Sandbox Workday for testing (preferred)

Job Description

As a Workday Ops & Testing Specialist, you will be part of a collaborative team responsible for partnering with recruitment and HR teams to improve recruiter and candidate experiences. Your role involves managing interactions via email, system admin support, testing and troubleshooting Workday systems, and developing training materials. We seek individuals who excel in teamwork, communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform User Acceptance Testing and troubleshoot issues in Workday Recruiting
• Create job aids for recruiters
• Participate in agile team efforts to enhance Workday Recruiting
• Monitor email inquiries using Salesforce and respond accurately and promptly
• Assist with audits, team projects, and resolving system issues
• Engage with stakeholders to resolve issues and provide coaching
• Build relationships with internal clients
• Communicate effectively to influence outcomes
• Maintain confidentiality, ownership, and flexibility
• Support process improvements to enhance customer and operational efficiency

Basic Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of recruiting or HR operations experience
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a corporate setting
• Proficiency with Google Suite and JIRA (1+ years)
• Strong customer service, attention to detail, and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of Workday Recruiting experience
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Process management experience (1 year)
• Experience with Salesforce
