HHS is seeking a skilled Recruiting Technology Support Specialist for a fully remote US position. You will provide first-line support for Workday Recruiting, assist recruiters, and help maintain clean candidate data to support hiring across the organization.

Role emphasizes rapid learning, data handling in spreadsheets, and strong communication. Start date January 2027 with a competitive benefits package and a collaborative team culture at HHS.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience supporting, troubleshooting, or training others on software systems
• Ability to learn new platforms quickly and work independently after training
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets) for data requests
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace

Mansioni

• Provide first-line resolution of Workday Recruiting tickets and troubleshoot routine recruiter issues
• Support day-to-day system questions from recruiters and operators, including access, navigation, and general troubleshooting
• Deliver hands-on training and setup for Workday and other recruiting platforms
• Provide ramp-up support and shadow new recruiters during their first weeks
• Review candidate prescreening results daily and flag discrepancies
• Assist with routine recruiting reports and data requests
• Assist systems leadership with Workday release testing and validation
• Partner with recruiters and operators to reinforce proper system usage and best practices
