- Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices
- Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond
- Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

As a Workday Recruiting Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Provide post-production support and enhancement services to both large multi-billion-dollar enterprises and emerging growth companies
- Manage client relationships and resolve client support requests varying from operational support issue resolution, phase x implementations, and enhancement projects
- Prioritizes requests and tasks by level of urgency, scope, and complexity
- Provide guidance to and collaborate with CrossVue team members to research and resolve complex client requests
- Participate in advisory, planning and implementation of the Recruiting module by documenting requirements, mapping processes, and implementing best-practice configuration
- Communicate effectively with clients to convey project updates, configuration recommendations, and Workday best practices.
- Prioritize client’s interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations
- Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants to grow our practice
- Perform other related duties as assigned, including internal projects
We’re looking for someone with:
- 2+ years of recent Workday experience implementing Workday Recruiting solutions
- Current certification in Workday Recruiting
- Experience supporting Workday Learning preferred
- Ideal candidate will have combined experience in both Workday Recruiting and Learning SKUs
- Previous consulting experience with a Workday services partner preferred
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strategic thinking—you can troubleshoot specific issues while identifying broader improvement opportunities
- A talent for building and nurturing strong client relationships, driving meaningful conversations that uncover needs and deliver value
- Strong leadership acumen, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Polished communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to articulate complex concepts with clarity
- An aptitude for rapid technology adoption, embracing new tools and features through both structured learning and self-directed exploration
- A blend of creativity, confidence, and flexibility, topped off with a great sense of humor—because we believe in enjoying the work we do!
- Eligibility to work within the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $195,000 per year. The salary range reflects the target pay range for this role. However, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors when extending an offer of employment, which include, but are not limited to work experience, qualifications, skills and location. Compensation ranges may be modified in the future, at the sole discretion of CrossVue.

This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive opportunity.

A Note on Travel: Our approach to travel is different. While post-production support often allows for remote work, we occasionally schedule on-site client visits based on critical support needs and team well-being. Expect travel for this position to be minimal, typically ranging from 10-15%, with potential increases during critical support periods.
