Job summary

Healthcare IT Leaders in the United States is seeking a Senior Consultant Advisor to support ERP Workday implementations as a Project Coordinator. The 12-month contract includes coordination of activities, schedules, and documentation across multiple workstreams, with travel as needed.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting large, complex technology programs. Strong MS Office and collaboration tools experience is required, with Workday exposure

Qualifications

• Experience in a project coordinator, PMO coordinator, or similar project support role.
• Experience supporting large technology ERP implementations; Workday experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, documentation, scheduling, and coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers and workstream leads to coordinate project activities and milestones.
• Maintain schedules, task lists, action items, and follow-ups across assigned workstreams.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track decisions.
• Support status reporting, readiness activities, and project communications as needed.
• Track contractor and vendor timesheets and support reconciliation and approval processes.
• Track invoices, purchase orders, and related project financial documentation with leadership and finance.
• Maintain organized records of project expenses, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with vendor coordination and follow-up on outstanding administrative or financial items.
• Participate in planning sessions, design meetings, readiness checkpoints, testing, and go-live activities as needed.
